MTN Mobile Money

  1. Dial *170# on your MTN mobile money phone
  2. Enter 1 to select Transfer Money and press Send
  3. Enter 1 to select Mobile User and press Send
  4. Enter 2 to select Merchant and press Send
  5. Enter our Merchant mobile money number shown in your account and press send and repeat
  6. Enter the Amount and press Send
  7. Enter your Secret PIN after you have cross checked and press Send
  8. Get the MTN Transaction ID from the SMS message you receive from MTN.
  9. If you don’t receive the SMS message after 30 minutes, call MTN customer service to retrieve the Transaction ID
  10. Login to your account on app.payplux.com launch
  11. Visit the order you created and add the payment details

AirtelTigo Money

  1. Dial *110# on your AirtelTigo Money phone
  2. Enter 5 to select Withdraw Cash and press Send
  3. Enter 1 to select from Agent and press Send
  4. Enter our Agent Code shown in your account and press Send
  5. Enter the Amount and press Send
  6. Enter your Secret PIN after you have cross checked and press Send
  7. Get the AirtelTigo Cash Transaction ID from the SMS message you receive from AirtelTigo
  8. If you don’t receive the SMS message after 30 minutes, call AirtelTigo Cash customer service to retrieve the Transaction ID
  9. Login to your account on app.payplux.com launch
  10. Visit the order you created and add the payment details

AirtelTigo Money (New Procedure starting 16/03/2020)

  1. Dial *110# on your AirtelTigo Money phone
  2. Select option 4 “Pay Bills” and press send
  3. Select option 1 “Pay to Number/Nickname” and press send
  4. Enter Nickname “PAYPLUX” [case sensitive]. Please note nickname is case sensitive
  5. Enter Amount and press send
  6. Enter reference for transaction
  7. Confirm payment with 4 digit PIN

Vodafone Cash

  1. Dial *110# on your Vodafone cash phone
  2. Enter 2 to select Withdraw Cash and press Send
  3. Enter 1 to select From Agent Cash and press Send
  4. Enter our Till Number shown in your account and press Send
  5. Enter the Amount and press Send
  6. Enter 1 to Confirm and press Send
  7. Enter your Secret PIN and press Send
  8. Get the Vodafone Cash Transaction ID from the SMS message you receive from Vodafone.
  9. If you don’t receive the SMS message after 30 minutes, call Vodafone Cash customer service to retrieve the Transaction ID
  10. Login to your account on app.payplux.com launch
  11. Visit the order you created and add the payment details
